RTC :: Open Enrollment Plan

Most of our company’s employees were either not aware of, or not motivated to sign up for many benefits that they're entitled to at RTC -- boring stuff like long-term disability insurance, supplemental life insurance, etc. So, to convince them to sign up, we strategically placed these ambient pieces throughout our office building, during the enrollment periods. The campaign was a huge success. Overall enrollments increased to their highest levels ever. And the number of employees who signed up entirely online increased twofold.
